Image and Article Release Form
 

By signing this form, I (Name Listed on Form) grant REAL Babes Magazine and NSTY Army the right to use the photos or other content I submit in their publications, on their website, and across their social media platforms. I confirm that I have the legal rights to distribute these images and that all individuals in the photos have granted permission to use their likeness. I also affirm that the work I’m submitting is original and not copied from any other source.
 

I understand that the images may be used in print, digital formats, and on websites, social media, or other promotional materials related to REAL Babes Magazine and NSTY Army. I also agree that the photographer’s Instagram handle will be credited where applicable.

By completing this form, I only grant permission to use the images for the stated purposes—publication, promotion, and distribution—without transferring full ownership of the photos. At no time will REAL Babes Magazine or NSTY Army claim ownership, and I retain the copyright.

I acknowledge that I will not receive compensation, royalties, free magazines, or any other form of payment now or in the future for the use of the photos or content.

I give REAL Babes Magazine and NSTY Army the right to copy, publish, display, and distribute the photos (or other content) for promotional purposes or any other lawful use. I also grant permission for any necessary edits (such as cropping, resizing, etc.) to fit the format required for publication or online use.

I release REAL Babes Magazine and NSTY Army from any claims, demands, or legal actions arising from the use of these images or content, including but not limited to any issues related to copyright, defamation, or privacy.

I confirm that all individuals featured in the images are at least 18 years old. If anyone is under 18, I affirm that I have obtained the proper consent from a parent or legal guardian. I have read and fully understand this release.

I also understand that submitting content does not guarantee publication. If the content is published, it is my responsibility to inform all involved parties about their inclusion in the final product.
